The location is amazing everything is in close range shopping restaurants stores gas stations just simply everything the staff is very welcoming and helpful this is our family to go to now we come from Indiana the rooms are clean fresh and perfect

The location is close to the Mall of Georgia, several restaurants, and other shopping places outside of the mall, and the breakfast buffet was rather enjoyable. I even received a complimentary soda from the front desk workers, who were all quite polite.

The staff at the Springhill Suites in Buford, GA were wonderful. I booked 7 rooms in 2 bookings for family that had traveled in for my daughters wedding. I wasn't completely sure of room assignments until the day before. The staff made checking in, even with all my updates, so pleasant and quick. Once we checked out, each family member contacted me and all were so complimentary of the hotel accommodation, staff, and breakfast. It made our special day/weekend perfect. Thank you!

Customer service I received was great. I asked about possibly sitting in the lobby area so I could log in for work. But, they had a room available. So I was able to check in, head to my room & clock in for work. More than happy

Inviting, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff was very friendly and attentive to my stay and it was in a great location. I have stay in one in Charlotte and loved it too

The breakfast was very good, staff friendly, room clean, mall 5 to 10 min walk, restaurants nearby . Spanish speaking housekeeping with translator .

The staff was wonderful, especially Kirk. Breakfast was very satisfying. We had a lot of fun at the pool.
